About our Founder, Tracee T. Holloway:
Tracee T. Holloway (formerly T. Jackson) is a versatile business consultant: a gifted writer, published book editor, talk show producer, content marketer, social media specialist, and content creator. She is a passionate advocate for small business owners, cultural competency, children's education, social justice, health care equity, and life legacy matters.
She has managed publications and conducted PR campaigns for small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. She has edited, proofread, and ghostwritten books and other content for authors and C-level executives. And, she serves in initiatives to address advance care planning healthcare disparities in the Black community. She also serves as Executive Director of Communications for Heart Tones™, a literary arts ministry, and as Media Advisor and Advisory Board Member to Carter's House, a nonprofit children's clothing bank.
Tracee graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Union University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a minor in Speech and Drama. Over the last two decades, she has worked in radio, TV, journalism, theatre, music, and talk show production. Coming from a long line of women business owners, she has entrepreneurial blood in her veins. Since 2005, she has run T. Jackson PR, a public relations consultancy business. Then, in 2021, she founded The Way Up Creative Group LLC, which offers content coaching to elevate brands.
